Born in St. James Barbados, Trevor's passion for cooking began at a young age watching his father cook delicious Bajan meals and eventually working in his family's restaurant. Aspiring to become a chef, Trevor studied the culinary arts in Boston.

      Trevor was then transferred to the Washington DC area where he continued his journey with Sodexo, working as resource manager. Working on new and existing accounts Trevor landed the role of Executive Chef at Howard University Hospital where he transformed the hospital to a new line of food items, He put in place a new catering program, updated the menu, and retrained his team of 15 cooks. Working with a budget of 1.9 million dollars a year, Trevor took the catering program to the next level. He knew if he continued doing what he loved, success would follow and so his dream became reality when he started Three Little Birds Catering.
